General Conference Questions

ACMP® Change Management 2020 is the premier, industry leading conference for the change management discipline, serving as the largest international gathering among novice and seasoned practitioners. This annual three-day event is produced by the Association of Change Management Professionals® and it is the must-attend conference for any change management practitioners or professionals seeking to learn the latest trends, discover innovative tools, and understand how strategically adapting change in a fluctuating business environment can create positive solutions.

When and where is the conference?
Change Management 2020 will be held May 3-6, 2020 in Anaheim, Calif., USA at the Anaheim Marriott. All conference activities, with the exception of the Tuesday Night Event, will take place within this property.

What do I need to bring with me to the conference?
Just yourself with a great attitude, and be ready to learn, network, and have fun! You will receive your name badge and information packet once you check in on site. Prior to arrival, we encourage all attendees to download the official Change Management 2020 App, so you can familiarize yourself with the program, build your custom agenda, see who else is attending, locate the exhibitors, and start making new connections!
What should I wear?
Business casual attire is perfectly appropriate throughout the conference.
Can I receive PMI PDU credits for attending the conference?
Yes, please follow the PMI rules for submitting relevant PDU's for Category B: Continuing Education. Under Category B, PDU credits can be earned by attending relevant educational courses, conferences, seminars, or symposiums by training organizations not registered with PMI. This can include a training offered by an employer, a professional association, or a non-R.E.P. training organization. Can I earn CCMP™ PDU credits for attending the conference?
Yes, conference session attendance can be counted toward the ongoing maintenance of the CCMP designation. Attending Change Management 2020 sessions along with pre-and post-conference workshops will offer PDU credits. Please refer to the Candidate Handbook for complete details.

Registration and Payment Questions

What is the cost to attend the conference?
The cost varies depending on several factors: member and nonmember pricing, individual and group registration along with other variables. There are discounts for members, early registration and groups also academic and government discounts available. Please email help@acmpglobal.org for details. What is included in the cost of attendance?
Your registration fee includes attendance to all the general sessions, breakouts, and the following: Sunday’s Opening Reception; breakfast, morning break, lunch and afternoon break on Monday and Tuesday; and Wednesday’s breakfast and morning break. It also includes exclusive access to the Conference App.
How do I take advantage of the member rate?
By becoming an ACMP member prior to registering for Change Management 2020, you can immediately gain exclusive access to the member-only rate, take advantage of the professional offerings, and additional conference discounts throughout the year.
Can I register for the conference over the phone?
No, online registrations are preferred to expedite processing and ensure completeness of the form. If you have further questions, please email help@acmpglobal.org.
Can I use a form of payment other than a credit card?
Credit cards are the primary form of payment for the conference, but there is also an option to pay via check or wire transfer during the registration process. Please complete the payment quickly, to ensure your registration remains active.
When should I register?
The earlier you register, the more you can save on registration rates while guaranteeing your spot at Change Management 2020. There are many benefits for registering early, so please take advantage of these offers.
Can I get a discount for bringing my colleagues?
Yes, you can register a group provides a large savings! If you have four or more attendees from your company, then your group can take advantage of discounted pricing. For pricing information, please click HERE.
What is your cancellation and transfer policy?
All cancellation and transfer requests must be received in writing to ACMP. Please send written notice of cancellation by email to: help@acmpglobal.org. The cancellation fee structure is as follows:

Can my family come with me?
Friends and family are welcome to join you in the city built on imagination, Anaheim, Calif. However, guests and children are unable to participate in conference events; yet, there are countless activities within the hotel and surrounding area. Anaheim boasts something for everyone – theme parks and attractions, vibrant arts and culture scene, sporting events for amateur hobbyists to diehard fans, acres for outdoor enthusiasts, and a multitude of restaurants options.
What types of onsite activities are available?
