Networking Events

Here are some of the events to look forward to during Change Management 2020:

Exhibit Hall

Sunday, May 3, 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. | Monday, May 4, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. | Tuesday, May 5, 7:30 a.m. – 4:15 p.m. | Wednesday, May 6, 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Visit the Exhibit Hall and interact with this year’s sponsors and exhibitors. This is your chance to engage face to face, ask questions, test out products, and learn about various services and products that can benefit you and your organization.

New Attendee Orientation

Sunday, May 3, 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

This session is helpful for first-time attendees, and for those who have been coming for years but want to maximize their Change Management 2020 experience!

Opening Reception

Sunday, May 3, 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Ride the Wave at the event that kicks off Change Management 2020! This is where your networking journey will begin. Mingle your way through with delicious food and a beverage and meet with Conference Exhibitors and Sponsors, interact with fellow attendees, and learn about all of the great networking opportunities at the conference! This is an event you won’t want to miss!

Speed Networking

Monday, May 4, 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. | Tuesday, May 5, 5:45 p.m.-6:45 p.m. | Wednesday, May 6, 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

Back by popular demand! Designed to give attendees the opportunity to meet a large number of people within a limited amount of time, Speed Networking sessions eliminate those sometimes awkward or extra effort introductions in a conference setting.

Participants will interact with a fellow attendee for three to five minutes, then rotate to the next person. During each rotation, attendees will discuss their networking goals to determine whether their interests align, and if they do, then participants can exchange contact information and arrange a time to meet for a more in-depth conversation.

Speed Networking supports building business relationships and identifying potential opportunities for cooperation. Additionally, these breaks offer a forum for job seekers or potential candidates.
